YMMV, but I have bought from both of these sellers (pens n more and also from krm84) with no problem. One is called Racing or Checkered Flag, or something like that:Īnd one is called Flames. I have bought all of these, for myself or as gifts, and find them just as wonderful as my Phileases, except that of course the nib on the Harley is not as fancy-looking (no gold plated trim) and the barrel, without the weight that the Phileas has, feels very light-weight. (same as Kultur, as far as I know, except for the external color). But virtually identical to the Kultur are three Waterman Harley Davidson pens, usually for under $20. The nib is the same except the Kultur is all stainless and the Phileas has a touch of gold plating. Also the cap doesnt seal as well, so if you dont use the pen regularly it might start to dry out.
The Kultur lacks the brass weight in the barrel of the Phileas, so its a much lighter pen. Its not really a Phileas, its a Waterman Kultur.
